I would consider myself to be very confident and have good social skills  to communicate properly with everyone. I have many hours on Garry's Mod and have much experience within DarkRP with around 3/4 of my total hours being within that sector.  In terms of being a staff member, I feel that I can deal properly with situations, listen to both sides of an argument and deal correct punishments.
